HOPSET (SPARE TRANSEC)
Using the same procedure as described in Hopset (Operational Transec),
page 2-106, net lockout set(s) are transferred using a spare TRANSEC
Key.

COLD START TRANSEC KEY (OPERATIONAL)
Use this option to transfer the cold start TRANSEC Key.
Select this option and the following message is displayed:
Press REQUEST on fill device to begin transfer of Cold
Start TSK.
Set the ECCM fill device to the desired position (1-13) and press the
REQUEST button on the ECCM fill device.
Watch for the green LED on the ECCM fill device to flash indicating a
good fill.
The flash should occur after a count of two.
5. COLD START TRANSEC KEY (SPARE)
Transfer the spare Cold Start TRANSEC Key as described in Cold Start
Transec Key (Operational), page 2-107.

ABORT
Selecting this option during transfer returns you to the screens first
prompt. If you are at the screens first prompt, Abort sends you back to
the Transfer Menu (same as selecting <f8>).

NON-ICOM SINCGARS DATA TO MX-10579
Use this option to transfer Non-ICOM data into a MX-10579. See Appendix I.
Select this option and the Select TRANSEC Key screen is displayed as shown in
Figure 2-93.
Enter the TRANSEC Key number and the Non-ICOM Transfer Options screen shown in
Figure 2-95 is displayed. Use the help screen for function key descriptions.

COMMON LOCKOUT SETS
Use this option to transfer common lockout set(s) to the fill device (if
required). If after selecting this option, and common lockouts (L1-L6)
are not required, a message indicating that there are no common lockouts
is displayed on the screen. The screen returns to the Non-ICOM Transfer
options.
Select this option and the following message is displayed:
Press REQUEST on fill device to begin transfer of Common
Lockout L#.
