D. MERGE SINCGARS INFORMATION
Use this option to merge SINCGARS information from a disk containing the data.
When selected, the following message appears:
“INSERT THE DISK RECEIVED FROM CORPS CONTAINING THE BECS MERGED DATA”.
“HIT RETURN TO CONTINUE”
Insert the data disk containing the previously merged data (see Diskette Merge,
pages 2-98 and 2-99) and press <RETURN>.
The screen flashes the following
message:
“WAIT... PROCESSING”.
Next, the screen displays the following message:
“Enter hopset extension: HOPSET.XX”
Enter the two digit extension and press <RETURN>.
The following messages are displayed.
“Copying MERGE1O to A:HOPSET.xx”
“1 file(s) copied”
“Copy completed successfully”
“Copying HERGE11 to A:TSK.DAT”
“1 file(s) copied”
“Copy completed successfully”
“Press any key to continue”
If the merged Corps files are not found, the BGU returns you to the MERGE menu
shown in Figure 2-38.
E. MERGE NET LIST, CALL SIGNS AND FREQUENCIES INFORMATION
Use this option to merge net list, call signs and frequencies information from
a disk containing the data.
When selected, the following message appears:
“INSERT THE DISK RECEIVED FROM CORPS CONTAINING THE BECS MERGED DATA”.
“HIT RETURN TO CONTINUE”
