Press <RETURN> and the MERGE menu returns.
B. MERGE SIGN AND COUNTERSIGN
Use this option to merge sign and countersign information from a disk containing
the data.
When selected, the following message appears:
“INSERT THE DISK RECEIVED FROM CORPS CONTAINING THE BECS MERGED DATA”.
“HIT RETURN TO CONTINUE”
Insert the data disk containing the previously merged data (see Diskette Merge,
pages 2-98 and 2-99) and press <RETURN>.
The screen flashes the following
message:
“CHECKING FILES ON DRIVE C“.
If the file is found, the screen flashes the following message:
“WAIT - PROCESSING”
and returns to the MERGE menu.
If the file is not found, the screen displays the
following message:
.
“THE MERGE9 (SIGN/CNTR) FILE DOES NOT EXIST”
followed by:
“HIT RETURN TO CONTINUE”.
Press <RETURN> and the MERGE menu returns.

MERGE SMOKE AND PYROTECHNICS
Use this option to merge smoke and pyrotechnics information from a disk
containing the data.
When selected, the following message appears:
“INSERT THE DISK RECEIVED FROM CORPS CONTAINING THE BECS MERGED DATA”.
“HIT RETURN TO CONTINUE”
Insert the data disk containing the previously merged data (see Diskette Merge, ‘
page 2-98) and press <RETURN>.
The screen flashes the following message:
“CHECKING FILES ON DRIVE C“.
If the file is found, the screen flashes the following message:
“WAIT - PROCESSING”
and returns to the MERGE menu.
If the file is not found, the screen displays the
following message:
“THE MERGE8 (SMOKE/PYRO) FILE DOES NOT EXIST”
