Common Lockouts L7 and L8, a minimum lockout failure occurs after
selecting cell structure generation.
Go back and select the Generate
Master Set of Lockouts option.
If a lockout failure occurs after
selecting the Master Set of Lockouts, the following options are
available:
1.
Select different resources to generate lockouts.
2.
Return to Enter/Modify Frequency Resource and selectively
reduce the frequency resource.
