Selecting <f2> from Figure 2-32 allows you to modify an existing special nets
plan.
Once <f2> option is selected from Figure 2-32, you are presented with
the following screen shown in Figure 2-33.

Enter the base net and the related net using DESC IDs and a separation factor.
The separation factor may be in the range 1-15 MHz and evenly divisible by 0.5
MHz .
