avoid personal injury, use a
hoist or suitable lifting device
w h e n l i f t i n g l o a d e r b o om
cylinder.
Fuel and oil are slippery and
c a n c a u s e f a l l s . T o a v o id
injury, wipe up spilled fuel or
oil with rags.
R E M O V A L
C A U T I O N
Cap or plug all ports and ends of hoses and tubes to prevent contamination
of hydraulic oil. Failure to do so may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Procedure is the same for both boom cylinders.
Tag all lines prior to removal to aid in installation.

DISCONNECT two HOSES (1 and 2). INSTALL CAPS or PLUGS.
