AIR CYLINDER ADJUSTMENT

General Safety Instructions:
W A R N I N G
Make sure parking brake is set
and that wheels are blocked.
Failure to do so could result in
injury to personnel.
A D J U S T M E N T
Set parking brake.
Loosen two lock nuts (1 and 2).
Start engine and set engine idle at 700-750
Activate hydraulic tools switch.
Check tachometer to see if engine has
reached 2000 rpm.
Turn adjusting nut (3), as required, until
tachometer reads 2000 rpm.
Tighten two lock nuts (1 and 2) after
adjustment is reached.
