Displays are shown when rt has been zeroized or if there is not
already a TRANSEC variable loaded in rt.

When FCTN is at LD/V and <Sto/ENT> is pressed, the original variable
is cleared (do not press <Sto/ENT> if you wish to save the original variable).
If a display shows bAd, an alarm sounds. This indicates a bad fill. If
fill is bad, press
and then press <Sto/ENT> again.
LOCKOUT SET LOADING (LOCAL FILL)
a. Make sure rt CHAN is not set to CUE.
b. Set ECCM fill device function switch to OFF; then connect fill cable to rt
connector AUD/FILL and to fill device connector J1.
